Auction Procedure
1. All written Offer forms are due by MARCH 2ND 2026 5:00PM (MST) physically given to Todd Schuetzle or Graham Schuetzle, received by mailed (1010 West Second Street Pierre, SD), emailed Dakotalandco@gmail.com or todd@placetohunt.com
2. A Minimum bid of $1,500/Acre will be required to make the Escalation Period. In the event of multiple bids of the same amount, priority will be given to the first bid/bids recieved by Dakota Land Company.
3. Escalation Period- bidders can raise their bids from MARCH 3RD until MARCH 5TH 5:00pm (MST). Bid forms can be by submitted by phone/text(605-280-3115, 605-220-4014) or email (dakotalandco@gmail.com or , todd@placetohunt.com).
4. Top bidders will be updated on tract price/lead changes during the escalation period.
5. Top bidders may have to raise their own bids on the tract.
6. In order to bid on other tracts offered during the Escalation Period , you must be a minimum bidder on ANY tract.
7. Our goal is to realize the highest return to the seller and to allow bidders who are interested in one tract the same opportunity as multi-tract bidders
8. Auction shall be subject to confirmation by the Seller. The Seller absolutely reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received on tract/tracts without cause or reason for such rejection.
