Auction Procedure
1. All written bid forms are due by October 1 st 2024 5:00PM physically given to Todd Schuetzle or Graham Schuetzle, received by mailed (1010 West Second Street Pierre, SD), emailed [email protected] or [email protected]
2. Written Bids must be at or above the reserve price to be part of the escalation period.
3. Escalation Period- bidders can raise their bids from October 2nd until October 3rd 5:00pm. Bid forms can be by submitted by phone/text(605-280-3115, 605-220-4014) or email ([email protected] or , [email protected]).
4. Top bidders will be updated on tract price/lead changes during the escalation period.
5. Top bidders may have to raise their own bids on the tract.
6. All bids will be bid per acre converted to a to a total dollar bid.
7. Our goal is to realize the highest return to the seller and to allow bidders who are interested in one tract the same opportunity as multi-tract bidders
8. Auction shall be subject to confirmation by the Seller. The Seller absolutely reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received on tract/tracts without cause or reason for such rejection.
