Current cropland acres are planted to Winter Wheat and have a cash lease until 2020 with a rental rate of $80/acre. The primary soils include Mobridge Silt Loam and Eakin-Raber Complex. These class II soils have productivity indexes ranging from 83-94 SPI. Another soils complex is to included Jave-Glenham Loams which is a class IV of SPI of 63.
