Summary: Tract 1 is a very productive quarter with good access from county road 334th Ave.  Soils predominately consist of Highmore-DeGrey silt loam, with a 0-2% slope and Highmore Silt Loam 2-6%.  These soils are a Class II soils with a productivity index of 76-91. The previous crop was wheat.  Spring 2017 appears to have an abundance of soil profile moisture, ready for top producing yields.

Summary: Tract 2 is a productive short half section with tremendous access from South Dakota HWY #47.  Soils vary throughout with Highmore-DeGrey silt loam and Raber-Cavo loams being the majority of the soils, with a 2-6% slope and 0-2% slope respectively.  These soils are a Class II soils with a productivity index of 60-73.  Other Class II, III and IV soils include DeGrey-Walke silt loam, Eakin-Peno complex, and Highmore-DeGrey silt loam, productivity index of 56-76. One stock dam and a water way offer ample wildlife opportunities to this tract.  The previous crop was sunflowers.  Spring 2017 appears to have an abundance of soil profile moisture, ready for top producing yields.

A small stock dam in the NW1/4 of the tract lending tremendous recreational possibilities. The previous crop was sunflower.
